Can I change the product that I bought?

YES! FILKK accepts change of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items within 28 days of the item’s ship date, provided that all original tags are attached. The product you desire to change should be sent together with its original invoice.

FILKK is not responsible for return shipping fees.

I want to change the product that I bought, what should I do?

To exchange items purchased on filkk.com, follow these easy steps:

1- E-mail us [email protected] that you want to change the item that you bought including your order number.

2- You can send your product back to our address in Ä°stanbul/Turkey

3-The product shall be evaluated by the authorities and your replacement product will be sent to you by cargo within 24
hours, if it is available in the stocks. If the product is not available in the stocks, your payment will be refunded. The product you desire tochange should be sent together with its original invoice and the filled form.

Change can be made only over the color and size options of
the same product.

To return items purchased on filkk.com, follow these easy steps:

2- You can send your product back to our address in Ä°stanbul/Turkey

3-The product shall be evaluated by the authorities and you will be notified by an e-mail when your return is realized. You should send the product you desire to return, together with its original invoice to FILKK return address, as full, unused, and without any damage on the package. If the product invoice is corporate, you are required to send back the product together with a return invoice issued as Product Unit Price + VAT by the corporation for the return procedure, without the inclusion of the cargo share.

When will the payment of the products I return be effected?

First it is controlled whether the product you return complies with the return conditions. An information e-mail shall be sent to you stating that money refund is effected with respect to the orders for which return procedure is approved and the price of the product shall be refunded to your credit card within 3 work days through which you made the payment. The term for reflection of your refund in your bank statement varies as based on your bank. In case there is delay in reflection of your refund transaction to your credit card, you can get detailed information from your bank.
